30 m2, balcony 6 m2, flat TV screen (82 cm) satelite TV, kitchen niche, Wi-Fi internet, hair dryer, air conditioning, table and chairs for every person, kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery, dish clothes, gas cooker, number of rings: 2, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee machine, double bed in a bedroom and sofa bed turning into a double bed in the living room, bed linen and towels are delivered in the weekly change. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment price refers to the daily rent price! In case of a reservation lasting less than 3 days the price is increased by 20%! Reservation will be confirmed only after 30% of the total price is paid on our account. Rest will be paid upon arrival.
The apartment price includes: bed linen, electricity and water, kitchen appliances, cutlery, cleaning equipment, toilet paper, change of bed linen and cleaning on departure.
